The Service
We hate the term "one stop shop" but that is essentially what Indigo delivers. We not only take care of the installation but we will also produce and manage the content and maintain the whole system. This simplifies the whole process and means our clients benefit from having a single point of contact for all of their digital signage needs. However we are flexible, and will work as much or as little with the client as they desire. We pride ourselves that each client is serviced on an individual need basis and not treated as just another account number.
In terms of the system itself, at the heart of it is the IP1 digital signage player which was developed in-house by our programmers. A player is located at each venue and is responsible for storing and delivering the content on to screen. It can also be customised to include rss feeds, bringing live news, sport and weather to the screens. All of the content is designed, produced and managed by us and updated instantaneously via a broadband link to one of our servers.
